What happens after the second round? Is there reseeding or a bracket to go through? Does only one or two teams from each region?

yea where is the brackey VHSL dont have anything as usual.
regular 16-seed bracket... 1/16 host 8/9, etc. (2-7, 3-6, 4-5, if top seeds win)
From what I heard there was no reseeding after the tourney starts, can anyone post how the brackets will look from the start? I know 1 vs 16 2 vs 15 and all that shit, but where is 1 and 2 in relation to each other in the brackets when it all gets started?

is it just like the ncaa basketball tournament? in terms of seeds the winner of 4/13 plays winner of 5/12?
